Less than 15 days – 100%
All cancellations must be made in writing and signed by the person who signed the booking form or made the electronic booking. It may be possible for you to reclaim the charges under the terms of your holiday insurance.

We advise you to obtain a European Health insurance card. This will give you reciprocal health benefits in Italy. However we recommend that you arrange your own holiday health insurance.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation, personal accident, illness or loss of possessions. Please make sure your policy covers the activities to be undertaken. Tuscany Walking cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your baggage, or for illness or injury, nor public liability for any holiday arranged by us.

Arrival and pick-up details (for pensione holidays) will be confirmed three weeks before your holiday is due to start or on receipt of your final payment, whichever is the less. It is your responsibility to arrive promptly at the pick up point and we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, should you fail to do so.
Provision of your holiday
We will provide the services which form part of the inclusive holiday as confirmed to you. When we receive your signed booking or online booking form and return a deposit receipt, this acts as acceptance of the booking on the terms of these conditions from that moment. All holidays/walks advertised are subject to availability.
We will run the holiday with a minimum of two persons. We will take bookings from single travellers but can not run a holiday if we receive only one booking. Notification will be given if the minimum number of people has not been reached.
If we change your holiday
Occasionally, it may be necessary to change travel or holiday arrangements. We will always tell you of any major changes as soon as possible. Should the same standard of accommodation not be available then you will have the option to cancel your holiday and receive a full refund. Compensation payments do not apply to changes caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines and similar events beyond our control. The walks shown on the website serve as an example of the walks we provide.
